Shipping within Australia
Active Range is based on the Sunshine Coast, we ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Australian Shipping Rates
- FREE for orders over $250
- $10.90 flat rate shipping for orders up to 500g
- $14.40 flat rate shipping for orders 500g to 1kg
- $21.95 flat rate shipping for orders 3kg to 5kg
Does not apply to wholesalers / distributors. Please contact for bulk purchasing cost.
Dispatch
- Your order is packed and dispatched within a 48 hour period during business days
- You can track your delivery through the Australian Post App

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Active Range takes great pride in shipping our products to you with the assistance of Australia Post. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours with a tracking number through the Australia Post App.

International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand and USA. We offer flat rate shipping with full tracking.
Any applicable duties and taxes at destination country are your (the receiver’s) responsibility. If unsure, please familiarise yourself with customs requirements and import duty/tax thresholds in your country prior to placing an order.
