PRODUCT RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your Active Range purchase and we aim to make return processes as seamless as possible if required. When you receive your order, please ensure you check that the goods received match your order before opening.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

DAMAGED GOODS

The upmost care will be taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please send an email with a photo to contact@activerange.com within 48 hours of receiving your goods with a subject heading “Returns” and we will respond within 48 hours (business hours) on the next process. Please provide photo evidence so we can review the item.

Unfortunately, food products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or consumed.

RETURN PROCESS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Active Range will respond to your email contact within 48 hours (business hours)

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply with our returns policy.

STORE CREDIT

Once your return has been received, Active Range will process within 5 business days. If you are approved for a store credit, we will notify you be email within this timeframe.

Returned product(s) must be returned within 14 days of notification from Active Range, together with a copy of your sales invoice/order confirmation/completed returns form.

Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost, and we also recommend returning your items with a traceable method. Active Range will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

APPAREAL RETURNS

We hope you feel Active in your apparel but if it doesn’t fit and it’s still in the original unworn conditioning, you may return for a store credit;

Please email contact@activerange.au with the subject heading ‘Apparel Return’ within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
Please note: Original condition means the item must not be damaged or marked with fake tan or makeup and must not have been washed for the refund to be applicable.

Returned product(s) must be returned within 14 days of notification from Active Range, together with a copy of your sales invoice/order confirmation/completed returns form.

Items must be returned in original condition

Store credits are valid for 12 months and cannot be redeemed for cash

The cost of return shipping is at the customer expense

Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received

We only accept returns after communication with Active Range

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Any returns must be received by Active Range within 14 days of the claim being accepted. Replacement product(s) will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Active Range.
Store credit will be processed by Active Range within 5 business days.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

IN STORE PURCHASES

At this time, we cannot accept online returns from any instore purchases from any of our stockists. Please use this Refunds & Returns guide for all online orders only. If you have purchased from a store and are unhappy with your product, please refer to their returns policy. From there, we will work with the store to ensure all three parties are satisfied with the outcome.

SANDBAG | SANDBALL RETURNS

Our sandbags are sourced from an Australian based business called Dingo Sandbags, we will guided by their return and warranty policy.

CHANGES TO THIS RETURNS POLICY

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Active Range reserves the rights to amend this Refunds & Returns Policy at any given time.
